Climb | Description | Links |
Clingman’s Dome | This is the highest point in Tennessee, which can be climbed either from Cherokee, NC, Gatlinburg, TN, or the short way from Newfound Gap. It is a long climb both ways, over 20 miles, which includes a 7-mile jaunt through the park. The path to the observation tower is very steep, but worth it to check out the breathtaking views. | Strava (Cherokee to top), Strava (Clingman’s Dome Road), Clingman’s Dome |
